Journal of Independent Legal Theory (JILT) is a peer-reviews journal dedicated to disseminating significant results of scientific research that are comprehensive, groundbreaking and of fundamental importance to the scientific community. JILT has rigorous ethical standards. A prospective work published in this journal must exemplify these august tributes. The Author(s) must make compelling cases that it does. Journal articles will be published in a rolling format, so that when accepted for publication there will be a minimal time before the prospective article is published. ABSTRACT

The Electrons\’,Muons\’ and  Taus\’ Neutrino masses are estimated, to good order, by a technique developed here. The results are as follows: Starting with the previously determined result for the electrons\’ Neutrino mass mve- = 0.012 ev (1) we determine that mvu- =2.5 ev and that mvT =4.2 ev.

OUTLINE OF THE BASIC TECHNIQUE

The recently determined value of the mass of the electrons\’ Neutrino is given by 0.012  ev(1),(2),(3)(4).

Since there are three Lepton families one would expect that we need two more Neutrinoes to complete the triplet.

Our basic scheme is as follows: We know that empirically the Muon mass is 206.6 times the mass of the Electron.  Since we know that the sum total of all three Neutrino masses are less than or equal to 10 electron volts we see that mvtotal=(0.012 +2.5 +4.2)ev obeys this constraint.

Forming the following ratios: (mass of lepton/mass of lepton\’s Neutrino)=fixed constant =911000000/0.012, (where we have used the data for the first lepton pair), we arrive at the above stated results.
